Pickled Cucumbers with Chili

Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 400 g vinegar
- 40 g chili peppers
- 2 g chili flakes
- 500 g sugar
- 3000 g Cucumber
- 50 g garlic
- 80 g salt
- 200 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place the first floor of the steamer on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 3000 grams of thoroughly scrubbed field cucumbers, cut lengthwise into quarters or 1 cm slices, in it. Transfer the cucumbers to a large vessel with water. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 80 grams of salt. Cover the cucumbers with salt, mix thoroughly, and set aside for an hour, stirring them every 15 minutes.
