Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 4 g granulated garlic
  • 2 g sweet paprika
  • 500 g milled pork meat
  • 140 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 130 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 30 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 150 g Potato, boiled
  • 70 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
  • 160 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 10 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 10 grams of parsley leaves without stems to the bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
