Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 4 g granulated garlic
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 500 g milled pork meat
- 140 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 130 g Bread crumbs
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 30 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 150 g Potato, boiled
- 70 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
- 160 g Oil, rapeseed
- 10 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 10 grams of parsley leaves without stems to the bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
