Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 3 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 130 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 180 g Buckwheat flour
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Insert the whisk in the bowl. Add 130 grams of milk or a plant-based drink, 250 grams of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to the bowl. Add 180 grams of buckwheat flour, 3 eggs, and 6 tablespoons of rapeseed oil. Blend for 3 minutes at a speed of 6 rotations.
