Ingredients:
- 1 g chili flakes
- 150 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 200 g butter
- 130 g Oil, olive
- 10 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 240°C with convection. Place a baking dish, about 10cm x 15cm, on the mixing bowl lid, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of peeled garlic cloves and 130 grams of olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
