Ingredients:

  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 15 g garlic
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 1000 g Pepper, red
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 300 g cheese, “Feta”

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C with convection. Place the whole bell peppers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 45 minutes. During baking, the skin of the peppers will burn, but we will remove it later.
