Ingredients:
- 1 g chili flakes
- 15 g garlic
- 10 g lemon juice
- 1000 g Pepper, red
- 25 g Oil, olive
- 300 g cheese, “Feta”
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C with convection. Place the whole bell peppers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 45 minutes. During baking, the skin of the peppers will burn, but we will remove it later.
