Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 3 g ground cinnamom
- 130 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 1000 g Oil, rapeseed
- 250 g Chocolate, milk
- 150 g cream, 30% fat
- 220 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the bowl. Grind for 5 seconds at a speed of 15 rotations. Pour the contents of the bowl into a small bowl.
