- 140 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 15 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 170 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 40 g potato starch
- 340 g wheat flour 450
- 600 g Jagody
Method of cooking:
- Add 30 grams of sugar, 30 grams of wheat flour, and 30 grams of butter to the dry bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations. Transfer the contents to a small bowl and refrigerate.
