  • 40 g potato starch
  • 340 g wheat flour 450
  • 600 g Jagody

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 30 grams of sugar, 30 grams of wheat flour, and 30 grams of butter to the dry bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations. Transfer the contents to a small bowl and refrigerate.
