  • 2 g vanilla extract
  • 300 g pistachio paste
  • 200 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 500 g cream, 30% fat
  • 600 g Cheese spread natural
  • 70 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C with top and bottom heat. Line a 24 cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper and set aside.
