A dish characteristic of eastern cuisine, prepared from grated raw potatoes with the addition of a large amount of onion and bacon. It can also be served as a standalone dish or as a side dish to meats, e.g., goulash or roast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 4 g marjoram
  • 300 g stewed bacon
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g salt
  • 10 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 2000 g medium potatoes
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • 50 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 2000 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes in it.
