Potato babka
A dish characteristic of eastern cuisine, prepared from grated raw potatoes with the addition of a large amount of onion and bacon. It can also be served as a standalone dish or as a side dish to meats, e.g., goulash or roast.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 4 g marjoram
- 300 g stewed bacon
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 12 g salt
- 10 g Bread crumbs
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 2000 g medium potatoes
- 30 g clarified butter
- 50 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 2000 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes in it.
