Ingredients:

  • 300 g cream 30 %
  • 50 g carbonated water
  • 400 g ciasto philo
  • 12 g salt
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 400 grams of filo pastry sheets in it. Set the bowl aside.
