Ingredients:
- 300 g cream 30 %
- 50 g carbonated water
- 400 g ciasto philo
- 12 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 400 grams of filo pastry sheets in it. Set the bowl aside.
