  • 200 g sugar
  • 500 g Apricots
  • 80 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 300 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 600 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
  • 550 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:
