Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 480 g lime
  • 100 g sugar, brown
  • 10 g fresh mint
  • 150 g ice cubes
  • 750 g milk, 3,2% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 6 limes, thoroughly scalded and scrubbed, cut into quarters, 750 grams of milk, 250 grams of water, 100 grams of brown sugar and 10 grams of fresh mint to the bowl.
