Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 480 g lime
- 100 g sugar, brown
- 10 g fresh mint
- 150 g ice cubes
- 750 g milk, 3,2% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 6 limes, thoroughly scalded and scrubbed, cut into quarters, 750 grams of milk, 250 grams of water, 100 grams of brown sugar and 10 grams of fresh mint to the bowl.
