Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 150 g shallots
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g orzo pasta
- 70 g pecorino romano
- 200 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 250 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 70 g Oil, olive
- 2 g garlic salt
- 60 g basil pesto
Method of cooking:
- Add 70 grams of pecorino romano cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Using a spatula, transfer to a small bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
