Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g shallots
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g orzo pasta
  • 70 g pecorino romano
  • 200 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 250 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 70 g Oil, olive
  • 2 g garlic salt
  • 60 g basil pesto

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 grams of pecorino romano cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Using a spatula, transfer to a small bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
