Ingredients:
- 5 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 400 g condensed coconut milk
- 40 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 60 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 200 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of sugar, 60 grams of shredded coconut, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with the spatula. Mix for another 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
