Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 3 g cumin seed
- 2 g coriander seeds
- 10 g ginger root
- 2 g cayenne pepper
- 4 g garam masala
- 100 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 180 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 9 g salt
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 40 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 500 g cod tenderloin
- 5 g Gorczyca
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of cod loin cut into smaller pieces. Season the cod with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, and 1 pinch of turmeric. Mix and set aside.
