Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 3 g cumin seed
  • 2 g coriander seeds
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 2 g cayenne pepper
  • 4 g garam masala
  • 100 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 180 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 500 g cod tenderloin
  • 5 g Gorczyca

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of cod loin cut into smaller pieces. Season the cod with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, and 1 pinch of turmeric. Mix and set aside.
