Ingredients:
- 6 g vanilla pod
- 220 g cream 36%
- 170 g sugar
- 120 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 600 g milk, 3,2% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 600 grams of whole milk (3.2% fat) to the mixing bowl. Using a small knife, slice 2–3 vanilla pods lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds with the blunt side of the knife and add both the seeds and the pods to the bowl. Add 220 grams of 36% cream, 170 grams of sugar, and 6 egg yolks (you can use the whites for another dessert, such as meringue).
