Easter pork loin

Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g marjoram
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 5 g dried rosemary
- 1 g ground coriander
- 60 g mustard
- 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
- 3 g Sea salt
- 100 g apple cider vinegar
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of cleaned, dried pork loin and set aside. Install the whisk in the bowl. Add 2 sprigs of rosemary, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon of marjoram, 100 grams of apple cider vinegar, 1 pinch of ground coriander, 1 pinch of turmeric, and 60 grams of mustard. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 6 rotations.
