Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 4 g garlic
  • 100 g sour cherries
  • 5 g Oil, olive
  • 5 g honey
  • 2 g Sea salt
  • 130 g Mięso z piersi kaczki, ze skórą

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of pitted, washed cherries. Set aside. In another bowl, weigh 130 grams of duck breast fillet with skin. Add 5 grams of olive oil, 1 pressed garlic clove, 1 pinch of sea salt, 1 pinch of ground black pepper, and 1 pinch of marjoram. Rub the duck with the spices thoroughly and add 1 bay leaf and 1 allspice berry. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
