Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 5 g coriander leaves
- 30 g soy sauce
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 g ginger root
- 12 g chili peppers
- 15 g onion spring
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 30 g rice vinegar
- 200 g Avocado
- 4 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 20 g Oil, sesame
- 15 g honey
- 10 g Sesame seeds
- 1 g Lemon pepper
- 150 g Corn salad
- 40 g Olej arachidowy
- 100 g Wakame, glony, wodorosty
Method of cooking:
- Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of skinless salmon fillet. Season it with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper. Rub the spices into the fillet, place it on the first level of the steamer, and set aside.
