Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 5 g coriander leaves
  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 g ginger root
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 15 g onion spring
  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • 30 g rice vinegar
  • 200 g Avocado
  • 4 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 20 g Oil, sesame
  • 15 g honey
  • 10 g Sesame seeds
  • 1 g Lemon pepper
  • 150 g Corn salad
  • 40 g Olej arachidowy
  • 100 g Wakame, glony, wodorosty

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of skinless salmon fillet. Season it with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper. Rub the spices into the fillet, place it on the first level of the steamer, and set aside.
