Ingredients:

  • 3 g granulated garlic
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 150 g Beer
  • 9 g salt
  • 90 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 1000 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g corn starch
  • 150 g Panko breadcrumbs

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale and weigh 250 grams of peeled onion cut into 5 mm rings. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 of teaspoon paprika (sweet or hot). Mix and set aside. In another bowl, weigh 150 grams of panko (or breadcrumbs). Set aside. Install the whisk.
