Ingredients:
- 150 g lovage
- 10 g salt
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of fresh lovage (washed, dried, and cut into smaller pieces – without thick stems) and 10 grams of rock salt to the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations.
