Ingredients:

  • 150 g lovage
  • 10 g salt
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of fresh lovage (washed, dried, and cut into smaller pieces – without thick stems) and 10 grams of rock salt to the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations.
