Ingredients:

  • 70 g water
  • 5 g ginger root
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 50 g sugar
  • 8 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 450 g mango
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 5 g corn starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper, washed, seeded, and cut into smaller pieces, and 5 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 16 rotations.
