- 70 g water
- 5 g ginger root
- 12 g chili peppers
- 10 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 50 g sugar
- 8 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 450 g mango
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 5 g corn starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper, washed, seeded, and cut into smaller pieces, and 5 grams of peeled ginger cut into smaller pieces to the bowl.
