Greek meatballs with feta
Keftedakia gemista, that is aromatic Greek meatballs stuffed with feta cheese. A classic of Greek cuisine, served both as a main dish but more often as one of the snacks, known as meze.

Ingredients:
- 20 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 3 g cumin seed
- 5 g fresh mint
- 120 g feta cheese
- 1 g ground coriander
- 400 g minced beef
- 400 g milled pork meat
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 500 g Oil, olive
- 15 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of peeled and chopped onion, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 15 grams of parsley leaves without stalks chopped into smaller pieces, and 5 grams of fresh peppermint leaves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Chop again for 5 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
