Ingredients:

  • 20 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 3 g cumin seed
  • 5 g fresh mint
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 1 g ground coriander
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 400 g milled pork meat
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 500 g Oil, olive
  • 15 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of peeled and chopped onion, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 15 grams of parsley leaves without stalks chopped into smaller pieces, and 5 grams of fresh peppermint leaves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Chop again for 5 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
