Shortbread Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 2 g sodium bicarbonate
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 250 g Corn flour (maize flour)
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 50 g Chocolate, bitter
- 150 g clarified butter
- 80 g coconut sugar
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams of dark chocolate broken into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl using a spatula.
