Ingredients:

  • 2 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g Corn flour (maize flour)
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 50 g Chocolate, bitter
  • 150 g clarified butter
  • 80 g coconut sugar

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of dark chocolate broken into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl using a spatula.
