  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 1200 g aubergine, raw
  • 80 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g cheese, “Feta”
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
