- 400 g greek yogurt
- 700 g minced beef
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 10 g lemon juice
- 1200 g aubergine, raw
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 200 g cheese, “Feta”
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
