Tirokafteri, from Greek "spicy cheese", is one of the most popular spreads in Greek cuisine. It is perfect as a bread spread, an addition to vegetables, meats, baked potatoes, or pita.

Ingredients:
- 12 g vinegar
- 6 g chili peppers
- 350 g feta cheese
- 200 g greek yogurt
- 1 g chili flakes
- 8 g garlic
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 3 g Oregano, fresh
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic cloves and 1/2 chili pepper, washed, seeded, and cut into smaller pieces, to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 16 rotations.
