  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 80 g red onion
  • 18 g vinegar
  • 20 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 50 g Bread crumbs
  • 150 g Wine, red
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 120 g Cheese, Camembert, whole fat
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 150 g cranberry
  • 100 g Corn salad

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a large salad bowl, reset the scale and weigh 100 grams of lamb’s lettuce or another favorite lettuce.
