- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 80 g red onion
- 18 g vinegar
- 20 g vinegar, balsamic
- 50 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 50 g Bread crumbs
- 150 g Wine, red
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 20 g walnuts
- 120 g Cheese, Camembert, whole fat
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 150 g cranberry
- 100 g Corn salad
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a large salad bowl, reset the scale and weigh 100 grams of lamb’s lettuce or another favorite lettuce.
