Ingredients:

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 80 g sugar
  • 500 g Jagody

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of sugar to the dry mixing bowl. Grind for 1 minute at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with the spatula. Add 500 grams of frozen bilberries. Grind for 40 seconds at a speed of 19 rotations.
