Ingredients:
- 10 g baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
- 250 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
- 3 g almond aroma
- 300 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven with convection to 180°C. Add 200 grams of 2% milk (at room temperature), 300 grams of wheat flour, 200 grams of sugar, and 3 eggs at room temperature to the mixing bowl.
