  • 10 g baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 250 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
  • 3 g almond aroma
  • 300 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven with convection to 180°C. Add 200 grams of 2% milk (at room temperature), 300 grams of wheat flour, 200 grams of sugar, and 3 eggs at room temperature to the mixing bowl.
