Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 6 g oregano
- 1000 g minced beef
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 40 g garlic
- 18 g salt
- 1000 g aubergine, raw
- 120 g Oil, olive
- 200 g cheese, “Feta”
- 20 g parsley leaves
- 1000 g medium potatoes
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
