Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 6 g oregano
  • 1000 g minced beef
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 40 g garlic
  • 18 g salt
  • 1000 g aubergine, raw
  • 120 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g cheese, “Feta”
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 1000 g medium potatoes
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C with the convection function.
