Ingredients:
- 30 g water
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 350 g raspberries
- 50 g butter
- 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 11 g gelatine
- 200 g biscuits
- 100 g Chocolate, bitter
- 18 g Cocoa, powder
- 200 g Cream, 30% fat
- 200 g natural thick yogurt
Method of cooking:
- Line the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Add 100 grams of dark chocolate, broken into small pieces, to the mixing bowl. Blend for 6 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
