Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 5 g sugar
  • 5 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 10 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of water, 10 grams of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 50 grams of butter cut into smaller pieces and 500 grams of wheat flour (type 450) to the bowl.
