Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 5 g sugar
- 5 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 10 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 grams of water, 10 grams of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 50 grams of butter cut into smaller pieces and 500 grams of wheat flour (type 450) to the bowl.
