Ingredients:
- 550 g water
- 12 g salt
- 720 g Wheat flour, type 750
- 18 g Yeast baker's, compressed
Method of cooking:
- Add 550 grams of lukewarm water and 720 grams of wheat bread flour (type 750) to the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Leave in the bowl for 40 minutes.
