Caraway bread

Ingredients:

  • 350 g water
  • 20 g sugar
  • 12 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 550 g Wheat flour, type 750
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 70 g Oil, olive
  • 4 g caraway seed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 350 grams of water, 25 grams of yeast, and 20 grams of sugar to the bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 40°C at a speed of 4 rotations.
