Ingredients:

  • 15 g coconut oil
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 2 g vanilla extract
  • 1 g carnations
  • 200 g millet groats
  • 25 g Raisins, dried
  • 150 g condensed coconut milk
  • 150 g plums
  • 40 g honey
  • 50 g orange juice 100%
  • 25 g cranberry

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of millet groats. Rinse the groats 1-2 times under running water and cook according to the instructions on the packaging. In another bowl, weigh 150 grams (4-5 pieces) of washed pitted damson plums, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes on the top shelf of the oven.
