Ingredients:
- 15 g coconut oil
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 10 g ginger root
- 2 g vanilla extract
- 1 g carnations
- 200 g millet groats
- 25 g Raisins, dried
- 150 g condensed coconut milk
- 150 g plums
- 40 g honey
- 50 g orange juice 100%
- 25 g cranberry
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid without a measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of millet groats. Rinse the groats 1-2 times under running water and cook according to the instructions on the packaging. In another bowl, weigh 150 grams (4-5 pieces) of washed pitted damson plums, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes on the top shelf of the oven.
