Indian flatbread paratha
Paratha is one of the basic types of Indian bread made from whole wheat flour without the use of yeast. Hot and soft flatbreads are a perfect accompaniment to thick Indian sauces or as a stand-alone dish with butter or spices.

Ingredients:
- 140 g water
- 6 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 300 g Wheat flour, type 1850
- 15 g Oil, olive
- 30 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 140 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 40℃ at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
