Paratha is one of the basic types of Indian bread made from whole wheat flour without the use of yeast. Hot and soft flatbreads are a perfect accompaniment to thick Indian sauces or as a stand-alone dish with butter or spices.

Ingredients:

  • 140 g water
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 300 g Wheat flour, type 1850
  • 15 g Oil, olive
  • 30 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 140 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 40℃ at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
