Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g red onion
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g arugula
- 200 g pomegranate
- 2 g salt
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 200 g Halloumi cheese
Method of cooking:
- Place a large salad bowl on the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh out 100 grams of arugula or your favorite salad greens. Add 50 grams of red onion cut into feathers and 100 grams of washed cherry tomatoes halved. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
