A traditional Georgian dish, originally made with pheasant and now prepared with chicken, turkey, or rabbit stewed in tomato sauce with aromatic herbs and spices.

Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 30 g coriander leaves
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 15 g fresh basil
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 700 g Chicken, leg, without skin and bone
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with the spatula. Add 60 grams of rapeseed oil. Fry for 6 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
