Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 30 g coriander leaves
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 15 g fresh basil
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 700 g Chicken, leg, without skin and bone
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with the spatula. Add 60 grams of rapeseed oil. Fry for 6 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
