Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper

- 130 g black olives
- 4 g garlic
- 10 g lemon juice
- 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 40 g Oil, olive
- 600 g Chicken, breast, without skin
- 24 g Anchois
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Add 130 grams of pitted black olives, 1 peeled garlic clove, 4 anchovy fillets, ½ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon of oregano to the mixing bowl. Add 40 grams of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Chop for 30 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
