Kebabs (lula kebab) with pomegranate seeds

Traditional Georgian kebabi is entirely different from the Turkish kebab in both taste and appearance. It is made from a mixture of ground beef and pork, combined with onion, spices, and pomegranate seeds. It can be served with thin lavash bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g coriander leaves
  • 1 g chili powder
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 1 g caraway
  • 200 g pomegranate
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 300 g milled pork meat
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper with seeds removed and cut into smaller pieces, and 30 grams of coriander leaves cut into smaller pieces to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
