Ingredients:
- 400 g water
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 400 g beef goat
- 50 g Onion, raw
- 250 g Carrot
- 15 g salt
- 15 g butter
- 30 g Oil, rapeseed
- 65 g celeriac
- 250 g Potato, long stored
- 40 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale and weigh 400 grams of beef cut into approximately 1-1.5 cm cubes. Season the meat with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well.
