Patatas bravas with chorizo
A Spanish classic delicacy - potatoes served in a spicy, aromatic tomato sauce with chorizo. Often served in bars and restaurants as tapas.

Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 10 g vinegar
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 2 g cayenne pepper
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 2 g sugar
- 12 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 800 g Potato, long stored
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 1000 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Place both floors of the steamer on the lid without the measuring cup. On the second level of the steamer, add 800 grams of potatoes peeled and cut into 2–3 cm cubes. Cook for 30 minutes at 140°C at a speed of 1 rotation.
