Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g coriander leaves
  • 160 g red onion
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 300 g milled pork meat
  • 250 g vegetable broth
  • 12 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 500 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup, reset the scale, weigh 500 grams of wheat flour, and set aside. Add 300 grams of water to the bowl. Heat the water for 2 minutes to 70°C. Remove the measuring cup from the lid. In the next step, the device will knead the dough. During the function, gradually add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, and the flour (add gradually, spoon by spoon). Knead the dough for 4 minutes at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
