Ingredients:
- 30 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 2 g turmeric, ground
- 1 g cumin seed
- 40 g ginger root
- 24 g chili peppers
- 150 g sugar
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 500 g peach
- 100 g apple cider vinegar
Method of cooking:
- Add 40 grams of peeled and chopped ginger, 2 washed chili peppers (seeds removed and chopped), and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
