Ingredients:

  • 30 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g turmeric, ground
  • 1 g cumin seed
  • 40 g ginger root
  • 24 g chili peppers
  • 150 g sugar
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 500 g peach
  • 100 g apple cider vinegar

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 40 grams of peeled and chopped ginger, 2 washed chili peppers (seeds removed and chopped), and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
