Ingredients:

  • 1 g oregano
  • 8 g fresh rosemary
  • 12 g chili peppers
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 8 g garlic
  • 250 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid, reset the scale and weigh 250 grams of feta cut into 1 cm cubes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of oregano (or Provençal herbs). Transfer to a 500 ml jar and add 2 rosemary sprigs. Set aside.
