Feta marinated in olive oil with garlic, chili, rosemary, and herbs is perfect as an addition to salads.

Ingredients:
- 1 g oregano
- 8 g fresh rosemary
- 12 g chili peppers
- 250 g feta cheese
- 8 g garlic
- 250 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid, reset the scale and weigh 250 grams of feta cut into 1 cm cubes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of oregano (or Provençal herbs). Transfer to a 500 ml jar and add 2 rosemary sprigs. Set aside.
