Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 200 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 15 g chives
- 60 g butter
- 20 g lemon juice
- 400 g Cod, raw
- 80 g leek
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 400 g Salmon, raw
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 150 g parsley root
- 200 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 grams of butter and 30 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Melt for 1 minute at 100°C at a speed of 1 rotation.
