Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 200 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 15 g chives
  • 60 g butter
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 400 g Cod, raw
  • 80 g leek
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g Salmon, raw
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 150 g parsley root
  • 200 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 grams of butter and 30 grams of olive oil to the bowl. Melt for 1 minute at 100°C at a speed of 1 rotation.
