Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 60 g broth paste - CVR
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 330 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 120 g leek
- 500 g Potato, long stored
- 800 g Pork, hind leg, with skin
Method of cooking:
- Add 800 grams of boneless pork knuckle cut into 4 cm cubes and 800 grams of water to the bowl. Cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 95°C.
