Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 60 g broth paste - CVR
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 330 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 120 g leek
  • 500 g Potato, long stored
  • 800 g Pork, hind leg, with skin

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 800 grams of boneless pork knuckle cut into 4 cm cubes and 800 grams of water to the bowl. Cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes at 95°C.
