Knekkebrød is a Norwegian flatbread, similar to crispbread, widely popular across Scandinavia. It is rich in various seeds and grains such as flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and sometimes oats or rye.

Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 12 g salt
  • 200 g Wheat, bran
  • 200 g Rolled oats
  • 200 g Rye flour, type 2000
  • 200 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g Sesame seeds
  • 200 g Sunflower seeds, dried
  • 100 g linseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Add 700 grams of lukewarm water to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 100°C at a speed of 1 reverse rotation.
