Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g red onion
  • 2 g oregano
  • 400 g greek yogurt
  • 600 g chicken fillet
  • 11 g salt
  • 300 g Pepper, red
  • 280 g canned corn
  • 200 g leek
  • 30 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 400 g Cabbage, Shantung
  • 350 g pickled cucumbers
  • 8 g Gyros spice mix
  • 200 g mayonnaise CVR

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 600 grams of cleaned chicken fillet cut into 3x1 cm strips in it.
