Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 6 g salt
  • 15 g chives
  • 600 g Cod, raw
  • 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 600 grams of cod fillet cut into smaller pieces and 2 tablespoons of potato starch to the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at a speed of 8 rotations.
