Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 6 g salt
- 15 g chives
- 600 g Cod, raw
- 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 600 grams of cod fillet cut into smaller pieces and 2 tablespoons of potato starch to the bowl. Mix for 1 minute at a speed of 8 rotations.
